Experience

In Ted’s most recent engagement at a leading port terminal operator, he led the turn-around of a multi-year Oracle Financials Implementation project, resulting in an on-time and on-budget deployment. He led and turned around a contract BI development and support team at a Fortune 15 Pharmaceutical company, reversing and zeroing out a significant budget deficit and negotiating a 10% revenue increase in a constrained economic climate. He performed forensic financial analysis on a wayward GPS/OCR automation project at a leading port terminal operator, resulting in board approval for $20m in order to complete the final phase of the project. He played a leadership role in a multi-million dollar software development and implementation at a Fortune 200 Specialty Retailer. He has built groups from scratch, developed systems to manage them, and has delivered real value.
