
Henry Ivey joined The StrataFusion Group as a Partner in January 2017. He has more than 20 years of information security and leadership experience, both as an executive-level technology practitioner and as an innovator. He has extensive experience in security, enterprise architecture, financial services, compliance, cloud, retail security, data centers, enterprise networking, encryption, forensics and penetration techniques. Henry sits on multiple advisory and technical boards for emerging companies in the A2P, SaaS and medical reporting fields.
Experience
Prior to joining StrataFusion, Ivey was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Blackhawk Network, Founding Member and Head of Security for Walmart.com, Security Architect for Gap Inc., and also assisted in the development of California’s 411 system.
As CISO at Blackhawk Network, Henry was the principle security architect for the designing and building of Blackhawk Network’s Issuing and Processing pre-paid credit card program in a hybrid-cloud footprint, as well as building Blackhawk’s first data center. As Head of Security at Walmart.Com, Henry was one of the core five who architected and implemented the initial Walmart.Com Silicon Valley launch.
Henry remains active as CPO and CISO of his innovative start-up company, where he leads technology, security, and privacy. His start-up, MedReportGuard, develops and sells real-time, custom application solutions to healthcare organizations and law enforcement agencies.
Education
Henry is passionate about building, supporting and leading security implementations throughout the entire lifecycle of the products, from the establishment of security policies to the development of solutions architecture.
